So, it's been a while...

The last time I posted here was back in January? So, how about an update!

School is done and dusted for the summer, and I officially graduated! As of today, I'm still waiting for my diploma to come in the mail, since I didn't actually walk, but, I have my Associate's degree! Next up is University at Buffalo, where I'll be working on my Bachelor's.

I had top surgery! The official last day of the semester, I had surgery with somebody local to me, and am recovering quite well. Stayed in the hospital overnight because it's a precaution that surgeon likes to take (the room was swanky, too!), and came home the next morning. Everything's going well, and it'll be six weeks on the 5th. That's, incidentally enough, why I didn't walk my graduation.

I have an internship at a local graphic design firm. They're small, and my boss has ... interesting taste in music, but I'm enjoying it so far and learning quite a bit. It's paid through a local disability org, too. So, unlike last year where I didn't actually make any money, I'm getting paid (or... will be, there were some complications with the timesheets this week).

So, yeah!
